That’s a random bunch of poke e mans ;o
I’m not 1000000 percent happy with it, but I feel like I've learnt a bit about balancing out colors and stuff etc (Vaporeon and Milotic kinda merged into each other at one point, spooky!!)

I do feel a bit guilty about not posting consistently, but I'm sure you guys understand what I mean when I say life kicks the free time out of ya ;; .....
Other than that I feel like my problem is I don’t distribute my energy well when it comes to art, I often focus on areas that frustrate me rather than just having fun with it and stuff?
I dunno, I feel like it’s a problem that can be solved though, so I'm not too bummed out about it. I gotta re-distribute that energy into things that make me happy. We will see how that goes from now on!

It looks great! I like how the subjects are arranged and how they interact with each other and the environment.
I'd recommend this one thing, though. To add more depth to it, you could've obscured Altaria a little and/or making Milotic and co. brighter so there are two layers of characters at different heights if that makes sense. A shadow below Altaria touching Milotic's tail would've been a nice touch, too.
But other than that, it's a really nice painting. I hope you manage to distribute your energy more efficiently. I'm struggling with the same thing at the moment heh
