Ok, here we have the result of me watching too much Doctor Who recently
Ordinarily the Cybermen would have taken this young woman and placed her head inside a standard Cyberman body. Before they could convert her, they detected the power of her Sailor Senshi crystal. Analysis revealed that the crystal would only function with her heart intact. Unwilling to lose the potential of her crystal, and also unwilling to leave her independent, they instead performed a partial cyber-conversion, and Sailor Mondas was born.

It was so crazy when Gwen (not sure I got the spelling right) caught Jack with the butler guy who was in love with the Cyber woman. (originaly she was the one played by Freema Agyman)
