After the changes done to her I kinda quit OW.
I prefere TF2 Medic. I hate how Blizzard wants to control how people play characters instead of incouraging different play styles on a single character.
I used to have more hours on Sombra just because my team mates always went far apart so I couldn't heal them effectively.
Sombra kinda fixed the problem by making healh pack heal more.
