Description
New characters of mine. I will put up some sketches of them later.The Dragon is Brute, cause he is a bit of one. And his rider is Kailey.

What a breathtaking scene! I really love the wing design, it gives the dragon a rather sleek look to him 
I was going to comment on the blurriness of the buildings, but having looked at this for a few minutes, I think they're just fine as they are. Any more definition would be in danger of detracting from the main subjects of the scene. The soft warm colours also help give the piece a warm and friendly atmosphere, which really aids the trusting relationship between rider and dragon

wow very different from anything I've ever seen almost alien in nature hehe. Very beautiful work though I especially like how well the lights compliment the darks to really bring the piece to life.

He doesn't look like one. In fact I think I might dare to call him cute.
I think the buildings in the foreground could use some more definition but towards the back they are definitely okay. The red and yellow lights look cool, like a long exposure photo. The sky is really nice as well, and the dragon's design is original and well done.
Seems like a strange way to ride anything, though, facing the back
