Pixie and Dixie and their sometime friendly foil Mr. Jinks were a part of the Original Huckleberry Hound Show. Each episode featured one cartoon each of Huck, Pixie and Dixie and Yogi Bear.
When Yogi became popular he got his own show and Hokey Wolf replaced Yogi on Huck's show.
