That's what I'm asking myself too....I guess they will not arrive at all... 
We do have a small artstore, but I haven't found there what I was looking for...

I think in some cases you can actually ask the storekeeper if it's allowed to bring in things, so you could buy indirectly through them.
Not sure if it works over there though. It does in some cases over here o.o

But, just maybe, it still hasn't arrived yet, so there's still a good chance it might come later~

hm...I don't think it'll arrive. Happened a lot, but to be fair, they refund you fully. Just have to order another pack. That means I will have to wait with some of the recent sketches. Leaves me open to suggestions to whom I should try to draw next  

I could try to have a store order them, but then again, there is non directly where I live and I have to drive for a while...

I guess you could bug the storeowner for an update of the status?

Yeah sometimes the delivery system can be so unreliable at times...

Faces in generell and hands. Just look at the "sword and sorcery" picture...Soril turned out good, but Caman's face is absolutely messed up.
