I have been slaving away illustrating a comic with my friends and I just needed to draw something that wasn't a car or back alley, or any other number of boring things to draw. So here is something just for my own gratification. Tried out some new techniques. Still learning a lot every time I complete a drawing. Haven't really found a set style yet but the influences here are obvious. I've been toying around with this design for sometime and it feels good to finally get a colored version of it out there. Why would Hal Jordan need a jet pack to fly you might ask... well jet packs are cool and if you could make energy constructs out of thoughts then why wouldn't you think up a badass emerald energy jetpack!?! Just sayin....green lantern is owned by dc comics, yada yada yada, dc please don't sue me.
