The Finder Icon is from the Minium set.
the 2nd icon is AdiumX - Milk (you can find it on adiumxtras.com)
The third is selfmade, a very rushy version of a Minium Safari Icon.
The 4th is iTunes - Headphones by :iiroku:
The 5th is a rocket.. lol. I found it somewhere on aqua-soft.org and I can upload it for you.
