WHEEEE THANK YOU!Β I actually used the dropper on most of the colors -- but that could help me get better at natural coloring. And I also kinda went nuts with the grading tool, which I just discovered today...

It's a function of FireAlpaca and probably other paint programs too: You draw a straight line and along the line, from one end to the other, appears a soft grading between your primary and secondary color. Works best of you set the layer to overlay or muliply, to create mood.
