i would say bomberman coz of his multiabaillaties he can pick up his bombs and throw throw them or he can puch ya with the boxin glove and can also plant mines wich will send him flying or use a power bomb that will blow up nearly everything

Bomberman! que viciadas me pegaba en la Nes pirata (la nasa..con trpecientos juegos en la memoria y cartuchos piratas de 1000 y pico juegos todos repetidos..XD)
y megaman me gustaba..pero me ponia de los nervios por que te daban y morias,,, y si volvias hacia atras, volvian asalir los malos..XD qeeores de programacion..XD

Jeje, ambos juegos son geniales y han pasado la prueba del tiempo porqu los dos juegos, en todas sus versiones han tenido la misma forma de jeugo, nunca han cambiado y aun asi, nunca aburren.

Mega man would win cause bomber man has a limited range that he can attack. Only in straight rows. Bomberman would be able to shoot in all directions.

Damn I did a massive typo. Bomberman can only shoot in straight rows. Mega man can shoot in all different directions and has special power ups. Lol sorry bout the typo and any confusion it caused.

yah i think mega man would probably win, mainly because if bomber man gets hit one he dies, magaman actually has a life bar and can take a few hits... unless he lands on a bed of spikes

Well, in that case, Bomberman has many abilities too, like run fast, and drop a hell-a-lot of bombs every where, walk throught walls, its a very dificult descition.
