Sooo, I got a new camera!!! And I was looking to update some older photos (of pieces that are still for sale hint hint!) I went to update this one on here and realized it never made it onto DA so here it is! A gorgeous little piece of Labradorite with blue and green detail wrapped in Argentium Sterling Silver. Since I'm still not wrapping much (low funds for wire) I'll be updating pictures over the next month, so if you see things that you think have already been posted, it's just me updating and making things look prettier

Labradorite is a feldspar mineral which occurs in large crystal masses in anorthosite rock and shows a beautiful array of colors. These colors are shown in a chatoyant way, an optical phenomenon in which the hue of the stone changes color or flash according to the angle from which the surface is viewed. Labradorite comes in all sorts of shades and colors; most common are blues, greens, golds, and oranges.

ARGENTIUM® Sterling Silver is the highest quality of Sterling Silver available today and is highly tarnish resistant. Sterling Silver is 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper. Argentium is actually 93.5% silver with the remaining 6.5% a mixture of Copper and the element Germanium which gives it a higher tarnish resistance and less people are allergic to it than normal Sterling Silver.
