I decided I really wanted to use bases again, so here's the first of a series of new characters: the MVPD.
Basically, Origin Michael created a city in his Origin Universe, as a place for all his miscellaneous characters to live. The ones who don't have a pre-made universe to call home. And protecting the streets of this city are the Multiverse Police Department! Or, MVPD for short.
As you can expect from Origin Michael, they're not exactly "conventional"...
Debbie is a cat with black and brown fur, unusually similar to the patterns of a Doberman. This is a VERY sore point with her, so if you ever meet her, don't call her a Doberman. At best, she'll get annoyed. At worst, she'll arrest you. Other than that, she's actually one of the more reasonable members of the MVPD.
