i guess the question was rather if you created her from scratch

if so, hats off you are so close to the original you even got all the dirt textures and use in the exact same positions

If the question is if I made the model, then the answer is no.
The Tracer model comes straight from Overwatch and was ported to SFM by SedimentarySocks.
