[There's a funny thing regarding this and talk of 'cheesecakes', but perhaps I'll leave that as an in-joke. For those curious, check out 's gallery for a Mima deviation submitted the same day. Suffice it to say that I was very unaware of the slang meaning of the term, and was horribly mislead and surprised subsequently ... ><]
It looks more like a cookie than a cake, doesn't it? Didn't rise very much, but Cirno is prety baka regards to everything, baking being no exception. The flavours are kiwifruit, banana, blueberry, and dark and white chocolate, heheh.
Could almost pass for a Christmas card, couldn't it? ^^" First time drawing snowfall, and hopefully not my last.

Creepy dolls ... I wonder if I could make this a theme or something. 8D I seem to have a weird affinity for them. It's only the third time I've drawn them (counting Mima Doll and the Mokou Kaguya poem), and Alice has really grown on me this year.

Ah ... =[ Personal choice, or the norm over there? Maybe you're like me - I'll be 21 this year and I just want to forget about all that get-trashed-party rubbish and have a quiet night. I'd still have cake though, and have the family over.

I guess I've just stopped caring about it. My birthday is when everyone's off town so I can't meet my friends even if I wanted to (most of them probably don't remember about it anyway lol). Aaaand, celebrating it on my own is not very exciting. But cake is great. :3 I just try not to make a huge deal out of it. And I don't really like getting presents from anyone, it makes me feel indebted... :/ IMO celebrating any holiday is great if you get a day off and get to eat cake and be with your friends/family. I eat cake when it's not even my birthday, so nothing special about it.

I don't generally do commissions or random requests. I will art-trade, and gift closer friends. I'm notoriously bad at dealing with stuff for others in a timely manner, and if I can't engage with a piece or who it's for emotionally enough to do it justice, I don't want to make people have to wait. =<

My version of her will always be a little darker than the norm.(Same version as [link] ) As with most more-serious depictions I attempt. Glad you like her, thank you dearly. =]
