I was listening to Metallica's "Wherever I May Roam" when I was struck with the urge to draw Bass. ...So I did. I mean come on, that's so a theme song of his, whether you're looking at my RP version here or the official xD

The lines are this sort of purple... burgundy because I felt like it. Same goes for the crosshatching. Why yes, his left eye is whited out. I wonder why that is...

I have to say, my favorite thing about how this picture turned out is actually the structure of his jawline. People who have Devwatched me for years, or known me for just as long, know that face structure is one of the things I have the most problems with (and yes, that's already accounting for my anime-esque style). A front-on angle has been my nemesis FOREVER, but it looks really good in this one. Now if I could just do that every other time...
