Description
Here are some pages of the latest tittle I worked for Marvel, it's basically a "one-shot" story of Nightcrawler quitting the X-men. Unfortunately due to deadline issues, I was just able to do pencils , inks and colors where done by other artist. Still, I'm pretty sure the pages will look awesome.Related content

aw i really wish i knew what happened next. I've come back to this picture many a time in the past and have yet to actually find it elsewhere. Would you be able to tell me where i can find the rest of the comic to go along with this particular scene?

absolutely loving getting to see the pencil work for this piece! the story was fantastic when i read the comic, it was really moving, made me laugh and go aww at some parts and made me sad at parts too. awesome work! can't wait to see more. (i still laugh at the fact that my friend says the girl in this reminds him of me lol! (both have wavy brown hair, glasses, similar type dress, and love nightcrawler))

but wouldnt a double barrel shotgun put a decent sized whole in something? it looks like it shot just a couple of tiny bullets through him

I don't care how awesome the story is, or how great the artwork is (and it is tremendous don't get me wrong) his leaving the X-men, especially for something as dumb as a new-teleporter on campus, is unacceptable. Him getting shot and possibly dying as a way to make to us Blue Fuzz Fans is a cheap escape as well. I sincerely hope there's really good reasoning for all of this.

the artwork is tremendous. You are doing a good job, but sadly I cannot request you keep it up. I love my three fingered, two toed, blue tailed, elf too much.

Out ofall your work I really adore the finished colors, but what is the most stunning thing are pieces that show your porcess, like that and the next sketch..... Just marvellous!!!

Incredible stuff, you really capture the chaos of the scene you composed.
The only nitpick I have- yeah- mentioned by another here, a double-barrel shotgun makes a very very messy wound on the target it hits, that is of course if it is using shot ammunition.
That is unless the shotgun ammunition was a slug instead - but still, the exit wound would have been big chunks of Nightcrawler meat and internals flying out of him.

Pues sΓ Jorge, parece mΓ‘s un disparo de un arma de avancarga que de una escopeta -paralela segΓΊn se aprecia- (mΓ‘s que nada, los cartuchos puedes ser de muchos tipos, pero si es de una sola bola, esta suele reventar mΓ‘s por la salida); y sinceramente, la bala de salida parece mΓ‘s de una pistola y de poco calibre (a esa distancia podrΓa atravesarlo fΓ‘cilmente).

Although, I do have to add one criticism. If Nightcrawler really did get shot by the guy with the shotgun (as the last panel seems to indicate) He probably would have suffered more damage than the single bullet in the third panel. Just saying!

Congrats man! Nightcrawler is my favorite X-Man and I'm sad to see him go, but I am looking forward to this story.

I love your work. How long did it take you to produce those 5 pages you just posted? Its amazing how you can draw your characters from many angles within a timely manner. I also love your line flow. It shows how well you control your pencil. I got some drawing to do. Thanks for the inspiration.

thanks man, I'm still evolving. I always look back at my work after months and just say to myslef "I could have done better" but that part of improving I guess.
each page takes me between 7-9 hours, more than I want

Well all I can say is keep it up. You keep in on my feet. Haha. Oh, and if you want to be successful, you will never stop evolving. So I guess you can call yourself successful. ^_^
