This version of Peridot originates from my imaginary AU where Peridot is shattered during a big fight where her mechsuit crashes into the Earth from space and she is later revived by Steven's tears and a ritual, gaining a taller and more muscular body, longer hair and she inherits Steven's shapeshifting abilities, albeit with some improvements like being able to create energy based weapons like plasma cannons, cutting torches, flamethrowers, plasma edged swords similar to Obsidian Fury from Pacific Rim: Uprising and turn her shoes into thrust boots.

Despite this glow up, Peridot still has a few weaknesses. She can run out of plasma if she uses it for too long or lose all of it if she poofs. It also takes several minutes for Peridot to recharge her plasma energy if she uses it up and it can take longer to recharge if she gets poofed.
