I wanted to draw a picture of Peridot with long hair because I was curious what it would look like in her signature style. I drew Peridot's hair to look like a diamond, or Jasper nose flipped upside down, but I thought it looked silly and didn't finish it.So I decided to try a ponytail and I know there is fan-art of Peridot with a ponytail, but most of them tend to make her hair look more normal and get rid of the usual triangular style Peridot is known for and I wanted to keep the syle mostly intact.
I also gave Peridot longer hair running over her shoulders, inspired by a picture drawn by AzuriCaprice called "Cute Hairstyles" because I think it looks good next to the ponytail.
