Oooh...I've kept this in my devi watch list so I can just go to messages and see this sitting there! I love this one, it's swoon worthy! I love the pose most of all, how she's sort of holding his side, her fingers measuring the scar she found there, and his hand about her arm... I adore it. It seems a kiss might be happening directly after this.

lol it could happen! Tisik is so stern and confident most of the time, but he's a little sensitive about his scars, so it's a big thing to show them to her. He's probably pretty nervous about it in this pic.

Only chapter 1 is finished right now, but chapter 2 is about half done. Hopefully I'll have it done by Christmas, but we'll see. Depends on how swamped I am with the conventions and classes

I agree with everyone here whole heartedly- that lighting is absolutely incredible! I especially love the look between them. My only suggestion might be to elongate the skull a little bit, because the back of the head looks kinda.... squished.

It amazes me how just by adding the highlights you make it look so three dimensional! Also, good job on the scars. They can be really hard to draw and look realistic!
