Description lol, I've always feel that Tsutarja and Hinoarashi (Cyndaquil) looked alike (long nose?). But then Tsutarja's like hybrid between Milotic and Sceptile... XD

I feel like putting them together, making a comparison. But then Tsutarja appeared like a female more than male. So... er... there they go... =3

er... it's ok whether they looked alien or not... (maybe you still haven't get used to it). You feel so because the artist for 5th generation is a different guy.

(but i feel tsutarja is cute X3)
