That is way too cool!! The way that the eye is somewhat buried in the strethched skin is...yes, you said it....ouch! What a great piece of work to add to the asylum gallery.

The shadow and highlight work you have done it excellent and the way the head is just layin' there.....too cool...and kinda creepy, which i am thinkin' was the goal. A fave for sure from me!!

One of the antagonists has had so many facelifts that cutting away skin no longer does the trick. She's got a whole rig in place to pull the skin back and away, much like your illustration. It's not really gross, just absurd.
