Why be nice to someone who's stealing someone else's hard work and claiming it as their own, even when it's been pointed out that it's not? He had a chance to admit his wrong-doings. He made the choice to steal the work, rename the characters, and claim them as his own.

Yeah, but you could at least tell him to delete them before you report him. I know you learn from your mistakes, But being reported for something like this can really scar someone.

A lawsuit from someone claiming copyrights would be even worse.
It's not as though I trolled/flamed him. The warning he got about stealing artwork was in the ToS and such which he agreed to abide by when he joined this site.

Why should they be nice to someone who claimed other artist's work as their own? Just because he complimented you?
His entire gallery is stolen, and he's trying to hide it and get all the credit. I think that opts him out of the "be nice to" category.

It's all stolen from amature Japanese fanartists and/or official anime artwork.

A lot of it is either official anime artwork (Suiginto from Rozen Maiden for example) or is amature Japanese artwork that's been all over the internet.
