hello! i won't be so mean this time but i need to know something! this is just because another user is blaming me for reporting her work for copywrite violation and hates me for it even though i had nothing to do with it! Did you report tearstofblood09 for copywrite infingement? Not that I recall. There are many people who report deviations for copyright issues. In fact, there are groups on here and on websites like Live Journal that will point out violations for people to report.

I don't like the admins here because they flip flop on what policies they want to enforce, they've trolled and insulted various members of the dA userbase, and other pathetic things that adults in charge of a large website should know better than to do.

I'm sorry it's not obvious. I can understand why you might think he's tracing as drastic style change is one of the red flags I look for when identifying a tracer, but it is not damning evidence nor should it raise the level of ire you seem to have. If you don't have proof, but only hunches from personal experience, then you have nothing.
If you're really desperate to get this guy, though I'd find it rather pathetic, you can create a livejournal and post to the art_theft community to see if anyone else shares your opinion and can find proof.

umm this a reply to the conversation i was having with you last night. I had the guy hide the comment so people wouldn't bother me about it. the conversation is typing about things that we hear in our head but we don't want to right them done and such and about how you do that with your papers.

Do not worry, people know the risk they face when using copyrighted images. Have their work removed is a fair punishment. I appreciate the concern, but people should worry more about their own lives and less with those of others. Before trying to discourage others, would be better learn to make art.

Many people, especially amateur or hobby artists, don't consider what sources are considered copyrighted or stock and thus may not know what risks they are taking. Showing someone the proper sources to use is the opposite of discouragement! In fact, it helps the artist to grow and evolve their own artwork and skill. Being shown your errors helps a person learn.
Moreover, if everyone only worried about themselves, we would have little use of artwork in general and artists themselves would stagnate, which would be most unfortunate.

i have seen pornographic images and i've read much worse than i write, i also have adult content switched on, on ALL my fics so nobody under 18 in the UK and 21 in the USA can read them, i actually contacted DA before i posted my fiction and they said a) as long as i add a disclaimer to state none of it is real and b) switch on "adult content" then there is no issue.
if you do not like what you read then that is your issue not mine!

i;ve been reported three times before. because it's all under "mature content" filter there is no issue. just because you are leaving DA for whatever reasons, don't take it out on every bugger else!
oh and FYI....are you going to go through EVERYONE'S galleries and report EVERY violation?

I still watch a ton of artists here, so won't be leaving, nor have I left since that journal is actually pretty old by now. I just don't post my own art here because of personal reasons.
It's also good to keep in mind that "mature content" doesn't always equate "pornographic content." In fact, dA has a FAQ about this issue, which I'll link below. You can label a pornographic work as mature content but that doesn't mean the work is immune to deletion. Unfortunately, dA's helpdesk/reporting admins seem to be a bit backed up, because my ticket for something unrelated is still awaiting a response. But that's the norm around here.
I also don't have the time nor the desire to scour dA for violations to report. Most of what I come across is either found via the front page, from a search I may do for fanart or holiday imagery, linked to me from someone offsite, or is in my +watch inbox. I report what I come across, sometimes leaving a note with what is acceptable to post or not, as a courtesy if the deviant would like to remove their work before an admin does. Most of the time, though, I admire the work of the people I watch.

I have many copies hunny, which are also on a countless amounts of other sites in which nothing was deleted,
on my pc, on my flash drive, and in my adommy journal.
And why would I come crying to you,
when I am not the any one in which this content is displayed in, and I can care less if it's deleted, if it will ever be..
Why don't you back to your other sites that are mentioned on your little journal entry from the fifth,
and..
just stfu and stay out of people whom you are not watchings bussiness.
