Nope! Social Studies was a dog . . . a golden retriever, I think, that I named Captain . . . haha I don't know what became of him, but I bet it's still floating around with my old school stuff

You're phenomenal. To photograph an oil painting, the trick is to not let direct light hit the surface. This is easier when you tilt the painting forward, slightly, so slightly, just so there's no glare on the canvas. Also don't use flash, and the best light is bright daylight, but on the shady side of your house. True colors, that way.

I just really want to thank you. Your rendition of CuChulain is the most accurate Ive ever seen. Most people make him this long haired sad looking dude. You made him a badass and followed the myths perfectly. Cept his hair was black but watev. Thank you, so, so much.

I haven't seen many other representations, but it helps to actually read The Tain. A guy who shoots blood from his head in a fit of beserker madness is definately a badass. Glad you liked it.
