Yo I gave some of your stuff a look as you requested, here's some general feedback that applies to most pixelart:

1. The "shaping" on your shading is the big problem right now, while in some cases you handle it really well (chocobo's head/neck shading is pretty top notch) I notice that on a lot of general areas like the chocobo's wings and the bodies on a lot of other guys the shading mostly seems to be "a rim of darkness at the underside" more so than what I'd consider shading meant to add a real 3D effect or depth.

2. Your colours and use of highlight needs work, do you compile palettes yourself or get them from say, actual pokémon sprites? Here and there I see big problems with how you apply colours. (most of the darker chocobo & the red one apply)

In general you seem to be doing fairly well, but here's a few things you could work on.

Thanks a lot. =) (Smile) I know I have an issue with shading. I try, but it never really looks right to me. O_o I do the palette's myself, with the colors I want to use. Like I said, I usually just go until it looks ok to me, and then I bounce it off someone else.
