I don't know, it seems that the necrophilia joke was an exception- we usually can say all sorts of crap without getting in trouble as long as we don't use the really bad words.
No one seems to mind the school rules. There's a girl at my school who wears Corona pajama bottoms to school as often as possible. She was sent to the office three times before they gave up and ignored them, heh.
