Headcanon;
Alfred is not dark! a little twisted in one way or another, but not a maniac killing machine.
Unless provoked.
He has humourous qualities, and still enjoys food, MEAT included.
Personally, I don't understand why people make him a vegan, or a vegetarian.
C'mon, Dark Alfred + meat? Nomnom.
He is an Anarchist, and get along quite well with Russia, Germany, and Italy.
(USSR/Communist!Russia, Dark/Nazi/Fascist! Germany, Fascist/Anarchist!Italy.)
Though alot of people make 2P!America a communist, that is incorrect. The idea is that he has the opposite form of government, Anarchy being 'no government', compared to Democracy.
As for the others, I have them as their governments during WWII.
Alfred still has a relationship with England, though it is love/hate. He doesn't trust Arthur, but the feeling is mutual.
They often carry weapons when around one another.

To make things clear, before asking something ridiculous like that, make sure the 'ADMIN' has no affiliation to the country in question.
I am German, raised in Berlin, and I find that a bit offensive that you would ask something like that.
It seems like nothing, being only a uniform, but you are obviously aware it is Third Reich- era personnel attire.
Esecially of those who worked with Hitler.
You will not see someone walking around here with such things on.
It is not only against the law, but is extremely rude, and intolerant.
Germany, as a whole, is very sensitive towards things such as that, the Swastika, as well as things that go along with it. We are well aware of the horrid mistake, and take pride in keeping every piece of it where it belongs; in history, and history only.
You have not pissed off the personification of an incredably strong nation, but you HAVE pissed off a German.
