Still in tech school with no scanner, yup. Have been since January of '08. Hope to graduate soon though, then I'm going to my permanent duty station in Hawaii for three years. Maybe then.

Yes, basically. My parents had a scanner that I used. I left home to join the military in January of 2008. I am *still* in training and have no plans on buying a scanner of my own until I'm settled at my permanent duty station.

Copying and pasting a dictionary definition does not prove any point, since you have yet to make one. Considering I neither asked for the definition nor did you challenge my own (since I didn't give one), I'm wondering why on earth you would waste your time making this comment.
If you are curious, the colloquial definition of an artist is one who creates something. It doesn't matter what, as long as it was only via the person that the art in question came into being. Obviously, there are different levels of art, which is why art critics exist, as well as why some people can make a living off of their art. However, if you are going to claim that Reiq is not an artist, then you need far more proof than an Oxford dictionary definition of what an artist is.
You are free to dislike his art, as everyone is entitled to his or her own opinion, but it is as clear as day that Reiq is a very talented artist. The fact that he tends to focus on only one genre of subject matter does not make him any less of an artist, it just represents that he knows where his strength of his talent lies.
Also, if you are going to copy and paste something that is well-written, you should consider editing your own text that follows or precedes it so as to not make your typos so glaringly obvious.
