Your name is Bipp. You are a rather quiet Joltik who enjoys exploring unknown places. The world is a huge place in your eyes - but that's half the fun! You tend to wander off from your home Chargestone Cave a lot, and you worry your parents often. Even though they make a fuss when you arrive home after several days of being gone, you just can't help but go back to exploring the big wide world a few days later.
Humans are one of the most interesting creatures you have met so far. You really enjoy when they pet you and give you food! Some of the creatures you have encountered were not very nice though...
Ever since you were born, you have had a disorder that causes mutism. Thanks to this, you can't even make a squeak of noise no matter how hard you try. You use highly exaggerated body motions to make your point to others. Though half the time they don't really understand what you're trying to tell them... Oh well.

She lowers herself and lays her hand on the floor, the palm ready to welcome the little one to perch.

The tiny being looked delighted to see this person, despite never really having met them. Ears perked high, the baby hopped up and down, his little eyes squinting into that of a smile.

" ahhhh, your so cute !! " the brunette smiled as she bend down to this jolly like pokémon hopping around. " ahhh, do you want a sweet ? " she took out one of those pink colored poké-puffs and placed it in the plan of her hand.

The baby watched the other pass, a sudden sense of curiosity pressing within them at the sight before their blue eyes. They'd never seen a pokemon that looked like this one before. What could they be?
Bounding towards this pokemon with an expression of nothing but utter fascination, the Joltik quickly jumped onto their leg, climbing onto the pokemon's back and up all the way to the top of their head, before suddenly poking their face down in front of the other's to catch the attention of their newfound acquaintance, their soft yellow fur twitching as their eyes stared at them with such a level of intensity only that a young child could make.

*a soft blue glow came from within a nearby lake*

Nearby said lake a tiny fluffy pokemon was passing by. His four eyes looked about the area until he spotted this glowing. Stopping in his tracks, the baby watched the lake for a few moments, before slowly approaching.
The tiny pokemon leaned over the water to inspect it closer, slightly nervous due to the fact that he couldn't swim. Still though, he was highly curious of what this glowing could even be. A pokemon...?

outofbatteries; I'm sorry for the late reply I've been so busy ;;u;;With a step back in caution at first, the baby's blue eyes stared at the Eevee with a level of both curiosity and nervousness. However, it didn't take much time at all before the spider's initial fear faded away; replaced by a bright smile in reply to the greeting he had been given.
The Joltik's tiny feet padded closer to his new acquaintance, up until he was right in front of her nose, his gaze quite intense for such a tiny pokemon. His yellow fur twitched, unintentionally tickling the Eevee.

The shiny Eevee successfully stifled a sneeze. Her black eyes took in the baby Pokémon's features. The Joltik was so tiny, and so adorable to her. The Eevee sniffed the baby for a moment. She smiled softly after she stopped. "....Vee? (What's your name?)" Her voice was soft and sweet, she didn't want to end up scaring the baby Pokémon.
