[link] -- arms are too small in general, too short too thin etc, boobs are way too high
[link] -- arms are the right length but the shoulders are in an impossible position which makes them look too short, breasts are too high
[link] -- try comparing this to a real picture: [link] . If that woman was laying down, do you think she could get them that high and that far in front of her without removing them?
[link] -- I think part of the problem is the shoulder shrugging. Push your shoulders up as high as you can. Are they even close to your eyes? That creates a lot of problems for you elsewhere.
I don't think you're doing bad, but I think if you studied that whole region (shoulders / breasts / collarbone) with real people, you'd improve a lot in your anime drawings, too.

Thats why I enjoy drawing anime and not realistically because you can exaggerate features of the body without it looking too disproportionate, I know all about actual lengths and what something should look like, went through life drawing in college with flying colors, appreciate the input though, if I pursue more lifelike characters you'll ee more life like features
