all you have to do is make a step by step proccess with pictures of how you go through it. ((to get the pictures use the snipping tool in your start button))

No. I just sprite the outline from scratch in MS Paint, and then add a base color, shading, and then highlights. After, I recolor the outline to match the colors. All done in MS Paint. The only thing I do in Photoshop is make the background transparent.
