It's a four-piece Blues/Country/Rock band. I do vocals and rhythm guitar. It's called Sullied River, and the lyrics can be found at ~SulliedRiver .

I've only recorded one song so far,and it can be found at www.purevolume.com/sulliedriver or www.myspace.com/sulliedriverband.

It's only me playing on that recording, I'm doing a solo semi-acoustic EP while my band is out of town for the holidays, but that will also be where we put the music up when they all finally come home.

I still think it's a bit ridiculous to have a six month jail penalty for a first time offence. Unless you caused an accident and killed someone.

3 month drug and alcohol awareness course, 1 year license suspension, 104 hours of community service and 450 dollars in court fees. I need to find out what institutions are on the list of acceptable community service places to know what options there are to do.

You know what you get over here? Three hours licence suspension and 140 € (about 110 USD) fine. And that not only for first offense, but for each and every one (unless you cause an accident or get caught like three times in a month or so).

They really go all the way over there, don't they? How is someone supposed to survive for a year without license? Especially when you have a awareness course and community service to get to.

Jump through bureaucratic hoops at the DMV to try and get a restricted license. Probably pay them some money. I'm going to be calling them shortly.

Had to add you back to make sure I didn't miss out on anything because that profile will probably be checked more infrequently, at least until my band gets running a little faster.
