He's the guy who influenced and inspired me to draw. I'm nowhere near his level. I'm still practicing and practicing. If you're interested, I've got more of his work in my gallery. And yes, I'm not denying him his work. I made sure to put his name with the images.

Listen dude. This place, is a NICE place. A SUPPORTIVE place. Not a place for you to go and be rude to a fledgling, and pretty damn amazing, artist.
As BloodStripes said, no one is a perfect artist, but that doesn't mean you can be horrible about their art.

I'm not sorry, but I do not find that to be amazing art. And anyone it seems with a computer and a stylus is an "artist"..She can draw anthropomorphic dogs til the cows come home and I don't care..but perhaps she should hone her skills on people first before posting the results.
I've read all the replies, and while I said nothing of a personal nature to the artist, her widdle friends seem to think they know everything about me. So they can have their fun at my honesty's expense. And what I chose not to say about that piece of "Art" would make what I did say seem like praise. So kindly take a step back, adjust your moral self-righteousness, and don't bother lecturing me about what I can or cannot say. I care not for your 'wisdom'.
Life isn't always nice or fair, and I'm not here to mollycoddle mediocre artists.

Well look at it this way. If you were just starting drawing people, and decided to post your result because YOU were proud of it. How would YOU feel is someone decided to be horrid and tell you that it was rubbish? Honestly, how would you feel? And don't just say that you wouldn't be bothered, because we both know that's absolute rubbish. You would be offended, hurt, and angry.
So I'm telling you right now, apologize to Twin, because you never, EVER, bash someone's art, no matter how bad you may think it is.
Deviantart is a place for people to hone their skills, it is a place for people to post their starting art, get FAIR advice, and expand and establish themselves. You are very lucky that Twin is unshaken by your rough criticism, because comments like yours can cause some to give up on their art altogether, Β which is most definitely not a good thing.
If you wish to criticize someones art, do it in a helpful manner, not one that attacks them and their art.
