I opened my DeviantArt and my jaw nearly dropped coz of all the people who seemed to have inexplicably found "The Beginning of the End".

I'm still in shock really.

And while I think most people would not think it necessary to thank every single person - or maybe just post the random "thanks for the fave" - I just felt that it would not convey my appreciation.

It does make sense.

Part of the reason I love being in DA is that I feel like I'm connected to the global community of artists.

I digress sometimes from calling myself an "artist" but maybe that's just my Asian culture (who don't naturally take compliments or "boast" of ourselves very well).

Being faved by fellow artists - gives me that great feeling - that maybe I do belong here - maybe I can call myself an artist too.

Then you'll probably tell me, "That's because you are."

And I suppose, "... I am ..."
