The GCSEs would be so much better if it werent for all the goddamn people who make it sound like the world rests on the GCSEs whicha re down to you... I dontfind them hard at all but the way the PEOPLE make em sound like and thats not only my parents, its like your in a room where one small mistake could mean srtting of a bomb >_<

I know the feeling. Roll Eyes But GCSEs are no less bad than A-levels for the poor bugger who's sitting them at any given time. Any exam is a pain in the neck, no matter what level they're at. I've got too much work to do. Though, would I be right in thinking that's not exactly what your dad means? ;) (Wink)

Anyway, it's not so long since I was doing my GCSEs and I'd cry if I had to do them again. In some ways, GCSEs are harder because there's a lot more of them.

So don't worry, you're perfectly entitled to feel snowed under. :) (Smile)

Well, GCSEs are important, but the possibly the last thing on earth you need is people stressing their importance so much that it unnerves you. I never had that with my GCSEs but it's certainly happening with my A-levels and I could really do without it. >_<

Try not to let it annoy you. It's highly unlikely that the overwhelmingly obearing attitude towards GCSEs (Or, indeed, any exam at all!) is going to change any time soon! Roll Eyes

I know that much. Its just that my dad's right in a way...i havent done as well this year as i could/should/would have :/ And i'm kinda used to my DAD doing it, he did it for my sats too (MY GODDAMN SATS!!!), but now everyone...my mum, uncles, aunties, grandad, even my goddamn cousin (and though he means it as a joke he aint joking really) but nvm...they almost done now... week and a half i'll be looooooong gone :D (Big Grin)
