I've had a nice week and it was wonderful to be able to see my friend irl again since it was almost half a year since last time. It's often hard living far apart. ^_^;

Sounds very nice that good things are happening. ^_^ I hope 2011 will be a wonderful year! For me another round of this damn cold/flu broke out on new year's eve and we spent the day at my parent's place having dinner with them and then went back home. I fell asleep at 23:00 and had some feverish war related dreams thanks to the fireworks and that was about it. XD

Congratuations! It sounds like great fun I think. ^_^ We doesn't have such things here since lutherans obviously doesn't like fun. -_-; There are a few pagan traditions though like Midsummers eve and Wulpurgis night that are very popular. I really enjoy traditions like those myself and use to celebrate the arrival of every season, the solstices etc.

Good to know that you have had a good time! Good luck with school! I hope you will ave a great time. ^_^ Beach time is over here; the temperature during night are about 2 dregrees C... Not that Iäve been bathing but I've still had a little cold wich probably was the result of sulking after sending that damn manuscript away. XD I'm starting to sound like one of those swooning victorian ladies that fetches brain fever after getting upset and had a fit of hysteria... -_-; I'm much better now though and will soon have thai lunch with my mother and sister. Yum!
