I'd heavily recommend getting yourself a copy of Photoshop Elements if you don't have a version of PS already. It won't have the same bells and whistles as the newer versions, but it has all the brushes, filters, and selection tools you'll need to work on a comic, for just $100. If you'll be using it for a lot of pages, then it'll be the best Benjamin you ever spent.

Hiya all, Its been awhile since i was on last. However now that i have subscription its time to put out my lastest. My entire page is gonna promote my lastest mang a and its characters. I cant take all the credit for it. Hicklin created the story and I did the revision and artwork.
