I think version 4 of DA is still having some bugs ironed out, because I uploaded a pic into my Scraps gallery one or two weeks ago and it too has disappeared, but it still turned up in people's Watches... Somehow I get the feeling I won't be seeing it for a long time yet! *Leaves the porch light on anyway, just in case* If you've uploaded the avatar it might turn up in people's Watches, and if someone comments on it then the message that appears in your message centre should provide a link to the image. Then you can copy the image location for safekeeping, just in case the avatar doesn't turn up in your gallery. (Bah, things are never easy are they? )
