Noooooooooo. I mean..... Sure, if they had CNA, transfluids, and other stuff from the cats they could make a test tube kitten?? But it's VERY difficult to do. Male cats CAN have kittens (like the bots, from what I've looked up, their gender only depends on their body types and not their good goods), but even for them it's hard and hella draining, so for a human to make one with very little materials, it would be close to impossible. Of course Female cats can make kittens much easier then males, but it's still hell :/
