Don't worry. Practically everyone is an amature compared to many of the artists on the site. There are many days that I'll spend looking through other peoples galleries and every one of those days I find myself amazed at the art, jealous of the skills, or plain annoyed at the fact that such awsome artists could even exist. It can get a bit discouraging at times. BUT WHO CARES!!! art is all practice. As cliche as this sounds, everyone can draw with enough practice. The only reason Im any good is because I draw every day. So don't worry. Practice practice practice

Aha, I know. I'd love to learn how to edit my work and scan it on to the computer properly...it makes it look so much more proffesional and 'complete'...D:
And, yeah, I do enjoy art. My mum's an artist, and I have a scholarship at my school, but I just don't find time to draw! Amongst school, sport, music, etc, I neglect my pencil and paper It's only drawing manga that seems to get my attention, too, but I guess it's better than nothing xD
I should really start doing more portraits, etc..... but, yeah. Practice I shall ;D

Thats the spirit!!! GET DRAWING!!! damn I wish I had a scholarship. I know exactly what you mean when it comes to school. Sometimes so many activities get piled up that I don't have any time to just stop and relax, let alone draw. lol schools need to give students in general more time to just chill.
