I don't really know how to put it, but I notice that some people draw figures in a way that makes them look stiff and unmoving. I want to know If I do that without knowing.

I think as an artist you are very good with posing characters in a way that looks natural and 'able to move' as you put it. With this particular character the fabric folds help make him seem very movable and lifelike, as do his fingers. His arms are a bit of a weird angle, but I got the sense they were supposed to be, or at least it read that way considering he is supposed to be a little mangled and crazy.
