He's a young man with a sarcastic and obstinate personality. Usually his country is quite rainy, and he himself was a former delinquent who pirated the seas. Now, he's much more of a gentlemen.
He likes cooking, despite his food being entirely inedible.
Some of his closest friends are fairies and ghosts, being able to see paranormal beings while others can't. He has tried black magic and summoning things, being quite the occultist even if no one else can see his friends and don't believe him.
He is known as England to his brothers, but just as the UK to the rest of the countries.
