My life has been preeetty crazy lately, choosing colleges and universities to apply to and all. Thanks for the support, and I don't know why I haven't made a book yet! It would have been perfect back when I was trying to find my true self... I will make one now anyway, though!

Well, it seems like your technique is working very well! I've personally been afraid to start painting, because I know that if I make a mistake there isn't really a way to go back... and while I do enjoy drawing, I'd also really like to improve my painting skills... I just don't have much self confidence
AGH I'm gonna stop whining now... Your art work rocks, keep up the good work!!

don't be afraid of it. i had no talent at all with paint, and until you pick up some canvas and the other materials, its not gonna happen. its all about exploration and discovery. you find your strengths and weaknesses along the way, kind of like guess and check. once you start, your confidence should get better.
(and, personally, i would paint the canvas a solid color if i messed up and start over hahah)
