Frank Hinley a d'abord étudié la Psychologie pour finalement vivre presque 10 ans comme éditeur local indépendant dans le domaine du sport cérébral. Il a ensuite découvert divers métiers puis, par défi personnel, a totalement changé de secteur professionnel. Doté d'un sens de l'humour affiné, il aime parler de lui à la troisième personne pour en rire.

Touche-à-tout, il est photographe, artiste-peintre, bricoleur, inventeur, infographiste, designer, écrivain, essayiste, bloggeur... Le tout sans n'avoir jamais vraiment rien terminé.

La recherche du sens est pour lui son moteur constant.

Il aime la foule mais, individuellement, les gens lui inspirent d'emblée secrètement de la peur, précisément conscient de la possible profondeur de la bêtise humaine. Il aime à répéter qu'un Hermite n'est pas un individu qui s'isole mais que c'est un sage qui s'enfuit (attention, il est peut-être en voie d'écrire un jour qu'il s'agit d'un sage qui observe...)

Il est possible de croiser Frank Hinley lors de marchés d'artisans à Bruxelles, puces et autres brocantes.
