Born in 1978 in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany, Daniel's first camera was a simple pocket with which he documented his first field trip. Thus laid the foundation for his interest in photography. In 1999 he got a used analog SLR camera including some lenses, however artistically valuable photos were not taken yet, simply because at that time he wanted to create fast and easy documentation photos.With the owning of his first digital camera in 2001, he started to built his passion for creating images as well as the new technology. Through continuous development and the desire for more artistic photos, Daniel decided to go back to the roots, and has since worked mainly with his Leica M2, Fuji X10, Sony's Nex with various lenses and a Contax. With fewer adjustment and maximum concentration on the subject, he can implement his ideas better. From a prior focus on nature photography his works today feature a much wider array.

There are only a few people in my circle of friends who like Neofolk.
At present my favorite Band in this genre is "Rome" [link] , can't await the new album at 20. March.
And you like Diary of Dreams? I love their liveshows!

We're obsessed with it.
I wanna go to Germany as soon as I get the chance and live there forever x_<. Ok. Ok.
I love Diary of Dreams, and I'll check out Rome! But it's a different story with Metropolis and Blade Runner... You see, my boyfriend has filled my head over the last year we;ve spent together with all sorts of cyberpunk movies and bands and ideas and books and... gahh. In the end it rubbed off on me... We watched both Metr. and BR together... 
I like neofolk, also psych folk, and more... my favourite bands are Ordo Rosarius Equilibrio [they're a tiny bit strange, but they fascinate me], Spiritual Front, Blood Axis [especially with In Gowan Ring!]...
*sigh*
I'll try to stop now.

I like O.R.E. too (strange is good
