Not at all.
I haven't drawn portraits for Serio's fighter game in over two years. Any characters drawn between then and now are purely because I can, and because it's fun (and sometimes because they're requested).

Hiya! I came across a very fun 2d castlevania fighting game a while ago, and im pretty sure that your portraits were used. I was wondering if you were making a game of any such kind. I apologize if you have stated this somewhere on your profile, but i'm very tired and sick and cannot muster up the strength or will to look for it, so i ask you.

Yeah that's the project that the portraits were originally for. However, after a while I felt like doing more and more portraits even if they weren't gonna be in that game project.

It's on permanent hiatus still.
The programmer developed a social life... such things happen I suppose. And as usual no one else wants to use previous code; everyone wants to 'start from scratch' which is annoying and I don't want five years of planning destroyed.

Man that's too bad. It was easily one of the most polished up CV fan games ever. A lot of love and hard work no doubt. So I've been in and out of the dungeon lately I can see this trememdous spike in fan game activity. Wow, there's certainly some creative gamers out there. The sprite work is always great to see and I did enjoy that new CV2 Simon you made. Too bad the actual dungeon website doesn't have the activity the forum has. So sad.

Yup! That was how the Portraits of Castlevania project originated. However after a while I just started doing more portraits of characters even if they weren't at all gonna be in that game.
