You never truely can forget a pony that you received, I haven't drawn things with over ten of my ponies, and yet i could tell you all about each of them, even if for a couple it would take a few seconds to remember, life gets busy sometimes, and some things are easy to slip your mind, but the love is still there.

Someone appeared to be abandoning a pony that she got from me and she had no name or info for it and it had almost been an entire year. I had to kind of threaten her to make her use it.

Well, it seems like everyone else has already had something to say, but um, I'll add my own bit I guess. (not speaking in an angry tone, but a calm tone, just so you don't get the wrong idea)

I know what it's like to love and care for the adopts you make, and sell, and how much it sucks when it appears that the person who got your adopt doesn't care for it, and wont use it. But honestly, there's nothing you can do about, and that sucks yes, but it is life. I guess I could be the kinda adopter you'd dislike, because for a lot of my ponies, I've only made up their stories in my head, and haven't drawn them yet, but just because I haven't drawn them yet, doesn't mean I don't love each and every one of them. If I hadn't loved them, I wouldn't have adopted them, and yes, if it seems like someone's not using it, then yeah I could see how you could get mad, but if you're going to get this angry every time over it, then perhaps maybe, don't sell ponies anymore?

Okay dude

I've literally sold about 100 ponies, and I don't hunt down the adopters to make sure they're "treating them right". Once you sell a design, you have given up all rights to it. So unless you state in your adoption rules that the adopter has to do something blah blah specific with their adopted pony, you really have got no right to bug them about it. They literally  paid you to leave them the fuck alone.

Okay, this whole thing needs to stop. Listen it is really childish of you to say she needs to draw it in the first place. I don't know you, and I've never really even talked to Sarah. But she is a lovely person who respects those who deserve it. Right now, you've lost a lot of people's respect as you say you will take the adopt back. It's only a design and I'm sure you could design another just as lovely, I really care for Sara even though I barely talk to her. May I ask how much extra points the person offered? Ill like to give you them so Sara can be less stressed. I'm just a bystander, and I don't usually post to these situations because I could care less. But she did pay for the pony and she did fufill your request for you to draw her. Doodle or not she did draw her and it looks so lovely~ You're adopts are cute too But please, this needs to stop. In her defense the pony is used and I understand its hard with people posting these comments. She made a lovely back story for her too~ I think it suits the pony a lot Just take a little breather, with everyone commenting I'm sure it's a lot to read. I understand you just want to see the pony used too. When I make adopts I adore seeing them used. But sometimes people are busy with other things, and you have to trust the person that adopted the foal will use it. She did too ^o^ It's lovely. I hope everything turns better for everyone and it goes back to normal. Though remember, just because someone doesn't draw and put online doesn't mean she doesn't use it. there's role playing and many other things. I would like to say that what drew out for the adopt looks pretty damn good. You gave them a time limit, and not a very long one either. They did they best the did with a time crunch, and you are sitting here bitching at them about not 1, not 2, but 3 rather well drawn sketches? Sure, they haven't gotten the name or the info yet, but that takes time. It can take awhile to decide how you want your character to be, I mean, I'm still plotting characters out that I adopted several months ago. And besides, you sold it to them, so you legally cannot bitch that they did what you wanted and when you wanted it done.

you're not allowed to 'sell it again' as you want to do, no matter how 'mistreated' you think this character is. and for what? a few extra points that you will probably spend on an adopt that will never be used???

Sorry to butt in, but seeing as she legally bought the design from you, you have absolutely no right to any part of it anymore aside from the original drawing of the design you did. You can't demand it back from her now.

I have been getting complaints from friends of mine about her abandoning her ponies and doing nothing with them except for this comic that has been brought up so many times but nothing done with it. It is becoming ridiculous and I at least want to have these ponies she got from me used, these are not benders, She has not even shown one inch of giving two tits about the pony she got from me, she has done NOTHING with it as far as I am aware of.

I feel that I can give it a better home and not have it sit in a box, gathering dust. If it takes me threatening to take the pony away to get someone to use it, then there is a problem

ahh. there's a lot of other things people do with their OCs than draw them?? i have a friend who really just thinks about her OCs a lot - she rarely ever draws them. but that doesn't mean she cares for her OCs any less than you do. I personally don't really care about my OCs beyond liking to draw them; does this make me suddenly not worthy to have any?

it's really difficult to show what you plan to do.  and if the owner of the adopt is planning out a story that involves this character, i doubt they'll want to tell anyone what they're specifically doing because that would ultimately mean giving away a bunch of the plot
