I see some of my REALLY old art has been posted here without my knowledge or consent. Can you please take it down?
Even more distressing is the open query for everyone online who has art to submit it (whether they've drawn it themselves or not).
Submitting art and saying someone else did it is not the same as asking and recieving permission from that person to use their stuff. Hope you understand and that this is rectified soon.

I have submitted a comment or two on your page. It is old art that was submitted to our website a long while ago and if you read the introduction in the journal above you'll understand why we are doing this. We of course ask that work gets sent to us or submitted onto our site before this happens and we will credit to the respective DA page if we know it. So obviously you've submitted your work to legendofzelda.com in the past and it was simply being integrated here. If you have not sent work to us in the past and it was simply downloaded years and years ago then allow me to speak to other staff concerning this matter. If you have any more questions please don't hesitate to ask me, we obviously mean to cause no distress with this club account. The reason the works are up here are because we've had permission to display them on theh site already. Also the reason we did not accredit your DA page on the art is because we were not aware of your DA account at the time.

If an artist gives you permission to use a piece of art, that is by no means liscence to use it for purposes outside the original request. For the record, years ago (around the 2002-2003) timespan, I spent a lot of time and effort contacting zelda sites and asking them to remove my art. I wrote broad open queries in bulletins, blogs, my website (at the time) message boards, etc, an open message for fans and sites to take down my art from their webspace, myspace, blogs, etc. Many outright ignored my wishes, so the fact that you're responding is a pleasant surprise.
Regardless, I would like for you to remove all my art please, from your DA account, website, etc. This link may provide some useful guidelines when posting art in the future: [link]
When I left various zelda fan sites many people had no means to contact me personally. (despite my personal galleries, website, and message board aliases that all included contact information-- read into that what you will). They figured that because I was unavailable to comment or say no, that that meant a big yes on being able to use my work.

Naturally I wanted to contact you straight off but when I was working on this new project all I got was the name Min and no DA account on it. So I had nothing to assume except that you were a member of the site who submitted art to us and just left. We're more than happy to remove those pieces. And also for the record we are more than happy to respond to anything you're unhappy about. I'm sorry to hear that other sites have not contacted you in the past but lucky for us you managed to track us down here.
You'll find your works remove not only here but on the other end of the stick too. So again on behalf of the staff we're sorry we caused concern for you. There was naturally no intention to stir up a huge fuss with this.
