Haha! You're right! I stopped coming because after 3 years and more than 350 illustrations, all it gave me was a poster job for a t-shirt (6 months later, I'm still waiting for it)! Art is cool, but, in my case, it doesn't put peanut butter on toasts...

I made some money with graphic design, but, you know, graphic design is nothing but giving a nice look to shit...!!! So, for the last year and a half, all I did was pictures (maybe 3-4 illustrations but not more). So right now, I'm learning photography by myself, hoping it will help me getting a more ''commercial look''...

As I don't have any models (nobody wants to do it for free), I have to learn how to act in front of the camera... Not easy for a guy who always flee the eye of the camera...

Here's what I want to do in the future (not the ''vintage look'' but the multiple actors scenes)... [link]
(if You look closely to the picture on the wall, I'm there not six times but infinitely)...! That wasn't easy, as I had to shave myself between each shot! 10 hours of shooting, plus 2-3 of pre-shooting!

I have always LOVEd photography, but its a gnarly cut throat industry...my parents have always been disappointed that i didnt pursue a career in the feild. but what eves.

As for me, I have gotten married, had a baby and im saving up to take Dick Smiths(the guy who did the makeup for the Exorcist and Godfather) at home makeup course blah blah blah, not a whole lot of any thing interesting i did manage to start a blog tho. thehorriblemess.wordpress.com

oh! you should look into stock photography, its good for a bit of extra side money if you go to the rite site! Good luck!

Eh Aye! You're back in town! So where were you? Planting tree on Mars? Héhé! Except the ''all day working'', nothing changed. I did an expo on the 29 of February. (We were 8) and that was a complete success! I didn't sell that much (300$ and the expo cost me 400$) but that was so cool to see my posters on a wall (Those were my firsts prints) but the coolest thing was the people's face!

It did a lot of good to me ( I was a little bit down, As I'm not really working for the last 2 years)! Now I'm working on a cartoon about Agaguk, a famous French Canadian novel about Eskimos written in the late 50's. I'm colouring it. That's why I don't really draw for the last month. At last, a break!

And what about you? Married with children? Héhé!

^^ naw, i didnt have the internet for a long time, i moved 3 times around Calfornia, but i have finally found a good place to live, i have great room mates, my boyfriend lives with me, but no kids >< i dont think i could handle that....um i turned 19 this month ^^

things have been quite hard for me being on my own here, untill latley, california is so expensive, and they dont pay much...so i am pooooooorrrrr!!! but i am so happy for you!! its awesome that you did that well, and im guessing people loved your work!

Wow! You're one big traveller! But even if you're poor, you don't have that goddamn snow! We had near than 400 cm this winter! I'm so pissed off. I just can't stand it! Hurry, I need grass!

Yeah, the expo was a great way to gain recognition, but it didn't pay that much : 330$ which is not bad but the expo cost me 400$... It gave me the opportunity to meet an agent which I'm supposed to go dinner with. I'm dying to see that!

P.S. Now that yo have the boyfriend, the place and the new life, it's a matter of time about the kiddos!

yeah, i am totaly done moving, i like where i am. and latley i have become more stable...and its ben 80 degrees out this week, sunny!!! which is amazing, buti got sun burn yesterday...so im all pink

well you have to spend money to make money and that is amazing that you are having dinner with an agent, and i hope that goes well ^^

im finaly 19...which is not really that cool, its like being 18 still...

asor babbies, no, i dont have that much money, but i love kids...give it a year or so

Héhé! Sunburn! Today, it was 20 (I think it's 70 in your degree system) and I saw my first flowers of the year! At last! But we still have some snow. I did some outside job and played Bob Marley all day long. That was a really cool day!

some thing amazing happened this month, all the stores in my town, by law, were forced to change to all compostable materials.

like in stores, forks, knoves, cups, to-go boxes, everything, 100% compostable, and made form corn, how cool is that?!?
