Glad you like my art, but I'm a guy XD This is my comic account, MIFaTL girl (in the icon) is the mascot for the MIFaTL comics.
As for the icon you like need a 50 x 50 gif, png, or jpg image.
Then you gotta click the down arrow button next to your name in the top toolbar, scroll down to Edit Settings and profile
Then you click the Identity link, and you click the "change avatar" button, then you select your icon from your comp. and then clcik the OK button.
If it doesn't show right away, just wait awhile, sometimes it isn't immediate.
